By using the PDF Generator in ChatGPT (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The PDF Generator in ChatGPT is a free tool that generates PDFs based on your natural language prompts. The App is provided by Strive Education Pte. Limited ("Strive," "we," or "us") and operates as a custom application within ChatGPT.
Acceptable Use
What You Can Use the App For

- Generating practice problems for students
- Preparing teaching materials
- Creating research papers and other technical documents requiring LaTeX
What You Cannot Do
You agree NOT to use the App to:
- Generate content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Create materials that infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Produce content intended to harm, harass, or discriminate against individuals or groups
- Generate PDFs containing inappropriate content for educational settings
- Attempt to reverse engineer, manipulate, or abuse the App's functionality
- Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
Compliance with OpenAI Policies
In addition to these terms, you agree to comply with all applicable OpenAI Usage Policies as they may be updated from time to time. Service Availability
- We provide the App on an "as is" and "as available" basis
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice
Intellectual Property

- You retain ownership of the PDFs generated by the App
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you input
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- THE APP IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, AND ACCORDINGLY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for errors in generated PDFs
- You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use
- In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of liability, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy and appropriateness of content you generate
- Reviewing PDFs before distributing to students
- Ensuring generated content is suitable for your intended educational purpose
- Maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials
Educational Use
- The App is designed for educational purposes
- Generated educational materials should be reviewed by qualified educators before use
- We do not guarantee the pedagogical appropriateness of all generated content
Children's Use
If you are using this App on behalf of children under 13 (or 16 in the EU), you represent that you have appropriate authority and consent to do so.
